Any goods that have not been fully paid for within 30 days of the invoice will be sold to defray expenses and no further claims may be made on Joluka, after this date.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Uncollected Paid Goods\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any goods that have been fully paid for and not collected within 90 days of the invoice will be sold to defray expenses and no further claims may be made on Joluka, after this date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joluka does not make any claim on any product they sell further other than what the manufacturer or supplier states. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any item. Joluka does not sell or accept used merchandise; all mechanical problems fall under the manufacturers warranty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return and Refunds Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The provision of goods and services by Joluka is subject to availability. Products are held in stock in JHB and \u2018out of stock\u2019 products are indicated on the website. In cases of unavailability, Joluka will refund the client in full within 1-2 working days. Joluka offers a 7 day money back guarantee provided that the goods are returned undamaged, unchanged and in their original condition and packaging. No returns or refunds will be accepted on any products that have been customised to customer requirements. Please note that bank transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n<p>If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to no fault of the customer, the item will be repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Any damage or defective products must be reported to Joluka by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.<br \/>\nAll warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Joluka does not imply any other warranty or guarantee on the products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joluka will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers \u2013 SSL \u2013 encrypted. The company registration documents and the sites registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Payfast to obtain confidential information.<\/p>\n<p>Payfast is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions.
