Shutterply
Shutterply is a strong, film-faced plywood designed for concrete formwork. Builders use it to shape walls and slabs with smooth, consistent finishes. Joluka supplies high-quality Shutterply made in Germany. Each board contains multiple layers of poplar veneer, cross-bonded for extra strength. This structure prevents warping and ensures stability under pressure.
Both sides of the board feature a dark brown resin film. This coating resists moisture and wear, helping the board last longer on site. The film also carries the WINPLEX brand, a mark of quality and durability. Joluka seals the edges to block water and reduce damage. This makes the board ideal for repeated use in tough conditions.
The glue used is melamine-based and weather-and-boil-proof. It holds up under extreme heat and moisture, passing a four-hour boiling test. Contractors can reuse each panel four to six times if they handle it properly. This saves time and money on large projects.
Each panel measures 1250 mm by 2500 mm and is 21 mm thick. It weighs about 38.5 kg and includes 13 plies. Builders prefer it for loose panel formwork and general shuttering. It works well in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Shutterply offers a reliable solution for clean concrete surfaces. It’s easy to handle, durable, and built for repeat performance. Joluka’s Shutterply helps construction teams work faster and smarter.
