Safety Netting

Heavy-Duty Safety Nets Joluka designs Heavy-Duty Safety Nets specifically for high-rise construction environments. Workers install these nets horizontally between newly built walls, scaffolding, or shuttering. They also attach the nets beneath the shuttering and raise them as the structure grows. Each net uses durable 6mm cord with a 100 x 100 mm mesh. This robust construction gives each cord a breaking strength of over 400 kg, allowing the nets to catch heavy falling objects. For added protection, Joluka weaves an optional shade material into the net. This finer mesh traps smaller debris like screws and nails, preventing them from falling and causing injury or damage. These nets meet ISO safety standards. Joluka custom-manufactures them to fit the specific shapes and sizes required by each site. Workers must secure the nets properly to walls or scaffolding. When mounting to concrete, they use 12 mm rawlplugs and rawlbolts. Joluka prioritises safety and precision. Although the nets are strong, they are not designed to catch people. Falling workers or very heavy items may damage the net or its attachments. Joluka typically manufactures the nets within 10–14 working days and calculates pricing per square meter.
